Check-in was quick. The room was spacious. The bathroom included two separate sinks. The hotel is connected to a mall with many dining options.
The gym equipment was a bit dated.

old furniture limited lighting
The room lacked sufficient lighting. It was quite dim. the furniture looked a bit old and worn. i was disappointed by the limited in-room dining options. also, the breakfast didn't have enough variety for western tastes. It was mostly generic asian food.

unclean carpet poor air
the first room i saw had issues. the carpet looked very unclean. i requested another room for the night however the replacement had poor air quality. a very bad headache came about because of this. also there were no bottled water in my room so i have to buy it.

great stay near the mtr!
spacious room efficient staff quick access convenient hotel
I found the room more spacious than other places i've stayed at before. the hotel staff are nice and quite efficient. i appreciated the quick access to the mtr station. It's only a short walk and really helps to save time. it was my second time at this hotel, and i continue to find it very convenient.
the furniture in the room looked slightly aged.
